50 MORE BLOOMBERG LIES re TERM LIMITS

[October 29, 2008] Hello Evil Humans, it's your friendly neighborhood misanthrope, CXB, writing to, yet again, [sigh] try and convince you that politicians and corporate media have LIED TO YOU about almost everything on this topic, just as they did on 100% of previous topics, from corporate welfare or the WMDs and Iraq, to a billion dollars of your cash going to George Steinbrennar and the Yankees, or the Nets / Jets arena shams and a zillion other topics. (Sorry this is late, but I've been busy this year touring with Kate Nash and the Trachtenburgs. And touring the US and the UK has proven further that Bloombag is the worst mayor ever.)

Instead of beginning this with a real preface, I'll first cut right to some giant LIES about the Bloombag Term Limits SCAM (and it's a TOTAL HOAX that most of you have fallen for in one way or another, unfortunately, because you will never ever learn to doubt Goliath.)

BELOW IS JUST A SMALL SAMPLE OF FACTS NO REPORTER BUT ME WILL TELL YOU. (Even Tom Robbins at the Voice refuses to tell you the *financial* truth about this criminal. In fact, BLOOMBAG IS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINANCIAL MELTDOWN in 100 different ways and if you ask Team Bloombag to debate me, they will be unable to find a single human who will defend the Emperor against my criticism in public! Not one staffer and not one ally will argue against these points below in a debate. That says it up right there!)

FACT: It's kind of well-known (that's *sarcasm* for the chimps like the NY Post's super-cokehead Stef Gaskell) that Bloombag spent $75 million and $85 million to (illegally) steal both of his elections, and it's a fact that not one of the prior 107 NYC mayors had to spend even $10 million to buy the office.

And it's unanimous that this ALONE proves Bloombag to be the WORST MONEY MANAGER IN HISTORY.

If he'd paid LESS than anyone ever for the office, he'd be a fiscal genius. But since he paid MORE, it means he's a fiscal RETARD, according to 100% of conservatives and liberals and 100% of Bloombag's own staff. But all the reporters pretend this isn't reality because they know you can't recall shit and have the detective skills of Inspector Clouseau. Or is that Mr. Magoo?

NOTE: these are not listed according to severity or scandal factor. This list is random and will have to skip 99% of Bloombag's scandals on this topic, because he's one of the biggest frauds in history and I don't have time for this to try and edumacate you people. (You're hopeless.)

FACT: Bloombag says he's spent over *$5,000,000,000* [billion!] of YOUR tax dollars (taken from you against your will, but who's keeping track anyway?) since 2001 *on "homeless services",* but even the dumbest human (hello Dominic Carter!) knows that you could've bought *luxury condos* for 100% of NYC's record homeless population for less than $1,000,000,000 [billion] and SAVED US THE OTHER FOUR BILLION (which we could've spent on affordable housing, suckers!)!

*This ONE FACT ALONE proves irrefutably that Bloombag is the WORST MONEY MANAGER IN HISTORY.*

[The Inside Scoop: that money disappeared via bogus contracts to close friends and cronies of Rudy Giuliani and Psycho Mike Bloombag, just as Cheney's Halliburton made billions in Iraq. THIS is why NYC can't solve a problem that most of the world did solve! (Check the stats on Tokyo's homeless population vs NYC's!) ]

[*FUN FACT:* did you know Chancellor Hitler [who was far more popular than Bloombag, according to 100% of historians and I'll debate anyone who says otherwise] [do your fucking homework, people!!] CONSTANTLY DENOUNCED WAR PROFITEERING? Times really ARE tough when Adolf Hitler is more sensible and honest than NYC's politicans!]

[Hey Mike, y'think allowing war profiteering might ENCOURAGE bogus wars? Oh that's right: you don't even think giving billions of dollars to people to keep the homeless homeless will encourage homelessness! You are one of the dumbest RETARDS in history, but more on this later.]

[*FUN FACT:* Richard Schwartz, a criminal who was one of Rudy's closest advisers, left City Hall with a huge sum of cash for providing these "homeless services," and the Daily News made him head of the editorial page while Giuliani was mayor so he could write anonymous editorials about HOW GREAT MAYOR RUDY was! In return, Rudy gave tens of millions of YOUR taxdollars to the News and Mortimer Zuckerman (the Daily News' owner)! HA HA!! See ANY PATTERN YET, suckers?]

[And do you see WHY I try to include all the "minor" details like these? Some of you say my pieces are too long, but how the fuck do I omit 90% of the facts on all these super-scandals? YOUR refusal to Do Your Homework or pay attention to DETAIL is what got us into this mess in the first place!]

FACT: by all accounts*, Bloombag is the WORST FINANCIAL MONEY MANAGER IN HISTORY, and I'll give you a veritable shitload of *concrete examples*(and I welcome you to research the details because they're far worse than this article will imply).

NOTE: *the entire premise of changing term limits is based on the TOTAL LIE that we need the leadership of (the most incompetent ever) fiscal "wiz" Bloombag, the man who ruined NYC financially.*

I'm not joking nor exaggerating.

In the $60,000,000,000 [billion!] annual City Hall budget I can find you over 400 MILLON examples of super-waste and incompetency.

EX: Crook Bloombag gave a *25% pay hike* to the part time City Council a few years back to BRIBE them to do his biddings----AFTER Crook Giuliani had given them a 75% pay hike for a part time job! (And AFTER Rudy called them "worthless!") Giving a 25% pay hike to part time workers *who just got a 75% pay hike*, makes you a complete fiscal PSYCHO!! (The NY Times, however---whom Bloombag bribed with tens of millions----calls this "fiscal restraint!")

EX: Find me one other mayor on earth who has paid out over $4,000,000,000 [billion]---stolen from you against your will----in just 7 years!----to settle lawsuits for POLICE BRUTALITY, false arrests, and other crimes by his administration. (Check out London and Tokyo's amount. Their cities are just as crowded, but lack our crime, filth, and incompetent mayors.)

(Even more startling is that Bloombag HIMSELF says he and City Hall never broke the law----that they gave 4 billion to LIARS AND FAKES who had no right to that four billion of YOUR dollars, because it was cheaper than proving in court that the mayor broke no laws!!! And the NY Post agrees with this and then calls him a fiscal conservative!)

EACH one of Bloombag's 400 million examples of fiscal insanity is enough to jail him and the newspaper editors and each one alone proves he's the worst money manager ever!

EX: A mayor who buys Segways for Cops---which only go 12 miles per hour and can be outrun and outmaneuvered by most criminals---rather than cheaper/faster/ healthier/safer bicycles, is like a 14 year old JAP girl with an unlimited credit card: INSANE. The man is legally insane, and if you doubt me, I challenge you to find me ONE mental health professional who will debate otherwise with me.

EX: Bloombag repeatedly boasted of record cash surpluses (ie, smoke and mirrors that fooled all of you) while SECRETLY BORROWING BILLIONS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. This one fact alone proves he's the most insane psychopath in earth's history and the worst money manager EVER. (DUH: if you have record amounts of cash, it's is pointless to borrow tons of money, which explodes the debt and interest payments. Most 12 year olds know this: if you have the cash, you buy shit in CASH, because it saves you money! No debt. No interest payments. No wasted time on monthly credit card bills, etc etc.)

EX: Ask the NY Times or NY Post to *LIST NYC's DEBT* before and after Bloombag took office. They won't, because they know *Bloombag actually CREATED THE LARGEST DEBT IN HUMAN HISTORY* (on a municipal level)! (That means "local" for drooling imbeciles like Michael Goodwin.)

There are too many of these short, delicious facts! Fuck!

[*FUN FACT:* *BLOOMBAG WAS THE LARGEST INDIVIDUAL DONOR TO BUSH* and the GOP's reelection in 2004 b/c he wanted deregulation and the war in Iraq to continue unabated, knowing that it was breaking our bank and destroying America and NYC. (It's called "power-brokering.") Bloombag deserves more blame for the Bush crimes than almost anyone else, including Bush himself, who wouldn't have gotten a second term (or a first) *if not for Bloombag's tireless support!* More on this later, because it's far uglier than this paragraph can convey.]

*Some of you will argue that "Many people say Bloombag IS a fiscal wiz, so you can't write 'by all accounts'!" but in fact, I can, as I DARE YOU TO FIND ONE HUMAN ON EARTH---even ONE member of Bloombag's own team----who is willing to stand up IN PUBLIC with me and say they think spending $5 billion dollars for homeless shelters, etc, when you could end homelessness forever with less than a billion is fiscally intelligent!

FACT: Recently, all the fake left and right wing media noted that NYC's *Conflicts Of Interest Board *"investigated" Bloombag and the Council's obviously-conflict- of-interest plans to cheat another election by gutting term limits.

And all media reported that the Conflicts Of Interest Board found NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST!! (Imagine failed employees who decide they can't be fired and saying they have no conflict of interest!!!)

FACT: NOT ONE MEDIA OUTLET or reporter thought it was worth mentioning the MINOR fact (more sarcasm, Stef) that THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST BOARD IS FIVE PEOPLE, *ALL APPOINTED BY MIKE BLOOMBAG*!!!!!!!!!

THIS ONE FACT ALONE is enough to arrest most editors and reporters in NYC, because they all are well aware of that this board IS pure Conflicts of Interest and they illegally scammed you in a quid pro quo scheme with super-criminal Bloombag, in order to cheat a democratic election in exchange for tens of millions in CASH.

WHY do you think 100% of reporters eliminated the MOST IMPORTANT FACT OF
THAT STORY?

THEY deliberately omittted this critical fact for one reason only: to help CHEAT DEMOCRACY, which is not only a crime under NY city law and NY state law (let's start with felony fraud charges!) but it certainly falls under federal TREASON statutes.

(Hell, the fact that not one story about the Conflicts board PRINTED ANY OPPOSING VIEWPOINT is technically enough to arrest them all, for the ONLY reason they omitted an opposing viewpoint was… *class*? That's right: to SCAM their customers in exchange for monetary gain, which is… *class*? That's right: a "F-E-L-O-N-Y")

(And I am willing to prosecute in a mock trial, if only there was a law school in the USA that cared about law rather than power brokering.)

THEIR ONLY GOAL IS TO CHEAT YOU AND HELP STEAL TRILLIONS OF YOUR DOLLARS for the corporations who pay their salary, but go ahead and contact these reporters privately and get their explanations!

We could also arrest Bloombag and Christine Quinn tomorrow just for this Conflicts of Interest Board fraud, never mind all their Term Limits crimes.

Too bad Andrew Cuomo is just part of the Ol' Boys Club.

[*FUN FACT*: Bloombag claims one of his plans to "fight" homelessness is to stop evictions in the first place, and most of you believed this hilarious rhetoric, but I'm not naive, and so I decided to TEST THE MAYOR, unlike 100% of other reporters in NYC who trust almost everything he says, and almost always just rewrite his press releases as "news." I called up his (bogus) 311 hotline for help in "eviction prevention" and guess what Nazi Bloombag's "plan" is? You call them up for help and they give you the number of some law firms who you can pay to help you fight in housing court!!!! THIS FACT ALONE PROVES BLOOMBAG IS THE WORST MONEY MANAGER IN HISTORY, as his 311 sham (stolen from my 211 hotline I began preaching long before he ran, but who's keeping track anyway?) *IS NOTHING MORE THAN THE MOST EXPENSIVE YELLOW PAGES EVER!* Except Bloombag's "yellow pages" costs YOU tens of millions of dollars per year, SUCKAS!]

[*FUN FACT:* a judge just shot down a lawsuit to stop Bloomberg's illegal term limits vote and the judge claimed it was because *…the Conflict Of Interest Board (of Bloombag cronies) said there was no Conflict of Interest in Boss Bloombag cheating!* NOW do you see why I've wanted to die since age ten?? This world couldn't be much faker or broken than it is today!]

FACT: It's well known that Bloombag---unlike the smarter and more honest Giuliani and Hitler!---spent more money to buy two (municipal) elections than any other human on earth, but somehow, [sigh] NONE of you noticed that most of that *$160, 000,000 in cash* *went DIRECTLY TO THE DAILY NEWS, NY TIMES, NY POST, NY1, NEW YORK MAG, etc etc etc!* Via advertising for Mike's campaign! (Never mind that the ads were illegal false advertising and fraudulent!)

DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE the NY Post LOVES the biggest tax-and-spend politician in all Earth's history (per ratio)?? (Only Bush and Reagan beat Bloombag for tax hikes and spending increases. And the Post loves them all???! BULLSHIT! It's another scam that not one of you can figure out!)

Yet again, this is another scandal that proves Hitler and Giuliani to be superior human beings b/c neither stooped to this looney level.

THIS ONE SCANDAL ALONE proves Bloombag to be the worst fiscal manager in all history AND the Worst. Mayor. Ever.

He put their names on each trash can three to TEN times, at a far greater cost than an ordinary citizen would assume. ( I put one video up on YouTube where I film the intersection of Orchard and Stanton, where there are FOUR trash cans----one for each corner--- equaling TWELVE times where it reads "Funded by Councilmember Alan J. Gerson"!!!

IN ONE FUCKING INTERSECTION!

YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY NYC HAS THE BIGGEST DEBT IN ALL HISTORY (on a municipal level)???

You probably think it's b/c Wall Street's in trouble, cuz that's what the sheep say! SHEE(P)SH!!!!

It's ILLEGAL.

ONE: the cans are nothing more than one of Bloombag's trademark bribery acts and trademark false advertising scams: he did this SOLELY TO CIRCUMVENT CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAWS (as he did many times in broad daylight b/c he knows he can trick you always always always like his hero Bush did).

TWO: The message on the cans is technically illegal: The Council members Bloomberg bribed DID NOT ACTUALLY FUND THESE CANS!

YOU DID!

And if I had time to go thru the CPL fully, I could find even more laws besides false advertising statutes and fraud statutes and wasting tax money statutes and dereliction of duty statutes.

(By why trust me? I only beat the NYPD, City Hall, Giuliani, a super-crook named Robert Morgenthau who is our hypercorrupt District Attorney, and City Hall's mighty judiciary like 15 out of 15 times and Bloombag paid me $35,000 if YOUR CASH in 2003 to settle just one of my lawsuits for false arrest. Guess how much you're going to pay when my fake 2006 convictions prove FAKE in the Appellate Court ala my 1999 "Conviction" for Summary Contempt which was thrown out by 5 unanimous judges who were over City Hall's head! If I got 35K for a WEEK in jail, guess how much I'm going to get for 7 MONTHS illegally held in jail [on misdemeanor speech charges!] [which was done solely to assassinate my character b/c so many people said they were going to vote for me in 2005 and my Free Subways plan, etc. But y'all believed the papers and the govt again! The breadth and depth of Psycho Bloombag's corruption appears limitless!

(And FYI: I don't even know 5% of Bloombag's scandals! Imagine if I was paid to do this shit 40 hours a week and actually investigate every inch of govt! I can list hundreds of millions of scandals and yet that isn't more than 5% of the total. Ask me for more details if you doubt me or my numbers.)

[*FUN FACT:* as a cyclist 365 days a year, I see everything going on in this city immediately while our politicians and journalists ride around in cars, oblivious to it all. I saw the Council names on trash cans within days of their appearance and investigated because I was writing for that piece of shit NY Press. I was given lots of lies by City Hall and the Council offices, and then I passed the story onto some reporters I like at the dailies, who squashed the story. YEARS LATER, the Daily News, the Post and some others finally denounced this PSYCHOTIC waste of tax dollars. Congratulations, kids! Want to know next week's NY Post cover story? "Earth Found To Be Round!" NEVER FORGET THIS: I can list over 300,000 different stories that I broke months or years before any media did, from the Kerik scandals to the Spitzer scandals to the Harding scandals. WHY ELSE do you fucking think City Hall spent millions of your tax dollars arresting me over and over to assassinate my character!? Cripes you people are dumb!]

FACT: Psycho Bloombag didn't simply disappear billions for homeless services, he STOLE BILLIONS OF YOUR TAX DOLLARS TO *CREATE* HOMELESSNESS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!

Which----all by its lonesome self----proves him to be the WORST MONEY MANAGER EVER.

EX: In 2000, I worked for the U.S. census and my turf was the projects, b/c I have no fear of death or injury. (I only fear waking up every morning into a world of almost-pure-evil.) (I could do a whole book just on my duties as the Repo Man who would take the most difficult jobs and solve the mysteries of apartments who didn't answer the census.)

I quickly uncovered that umpteen number of PUBLIC HOUSING UNITS were vacant, and neighbors told me story upon story of them being empty for 7 YEARS and that the govt was dishonestly claiming they were being renovated for the "handicapped". (Well, in all fairness, it DID take Giuliani 8 years of construction to repave Canal street, and it DID take his MTA a year to install escalators, so maybe it does take 7 years to renovate an apt!)

(I can give you a lot more juicy details, along with Team Giuliani's stated reasons as well as their true ulterior motives, but then this email would be 4,000 pages long.)

LONG STORY SHORTENED:

I fed the scoop to "good" reporters at all the dailies, like David Seifman, as usual (and they can all attest that I've made too many calls to their voice mails, with scandals upon scandals, and that they squashed almost every one unless it fit their agenda, like my 2005 C. Virginia Fields asian Photoshop story which made the COVER of both tabloids and ended her campaign for mayor---of course they all refused to give me credit b/c there was an official blacklist on me b/c I was on the dem ballot for mayor and they couldn't risk more voters finding out how awesome I was). ALL THE REPORTERS I CONTACTED thought Giuliani warehousing public housing units was NOT interesting and squashed it, even though it cost the taxpayers hundreds of millions in lost rent.

FIVE YEARS LATER, politician Scott Stringer (if I recall correctly, or was it Sanders?) finally got wind and blew the whistle and the dailies covered it.

Now-Mayor Mike Bloombag didn't mind that $20 MILLION a YEAR was being lost, (that's a low-ball estimate) and his staff came up with amazingly athletic lies to explain it all away.

However, Bloombag's own employees at the housing department leaked out that he was actually warehousing 20,000 apartments, and NOT the 5,000 Stringer and others believed!

AND GUESS WHAT: BLOOMBAG GOT AWAY WITH ALL OF IT. He and Giuliani lost you several hundred million dollars in rent (and this super-scandal is still going on to this day, suckers!) with just ONE single corrupt policy!

Bloombag says the city has between 30 and 40,000 homeless.

Hmmm. Couldn't he just house them in the 20,000 vacant PUBLIC apartments and
save us HALF the $700,000,000 a year budgeted for homeless services? (OH wait---then his pals would lose billions! My bad!)

The LAST FOUR subway fare hikes were not only the largest EVER (the media called this "taxcutting"!)-----they were exclusively the fault of RUDY AND MIKE, but no one told you the truth!

FACT: When Psycho Mike (and Psycho Rudy who has actually been surpassed by Psycho Mike amazingly enough) raised your subway fares and cost the residents of NYC an extra several billion, that HURT OUR ECONOMY TO THE TUNE OF BILLIONS PER YEAR!

DUH: If the people of NYC had to give more of their limited cash to the MTA (so the MTA could buy more ads in… the daily papers! Ha ha ha!) (or give secret pay raises to its executives, one of whom now makes $245,000 for a job that should pay about $50,000, suckers!), *THAT WAS MONEY THE CITIZENS COULD NO LONGER SPEND ON RESTAURANTS, BARS, THEATER, CLOTHES, etc etc etc!!!!*
